The Pyjama Girl Case

A charred, murdered body of a young lady is discovered on the beach, prompting an investigation by a retired investigator; Linda, a waitress and ferry attendant, has multiple lovers and marries one, but continues to visit the others. The police have a suspect in the murder, but the retired inspector is confident they're mistaken, and he continues his inquiry methodically.
