Young-gyu, a black market dealer, decides to wash his hands of his illegal activities after his best friend dies in an unexpected accident and begin a new life with his girlfriend Yu-ri. But his fantasy is dashed when he learns that Yu-ri requires funds for her father's surgery. Young-gyu decides to do the job one more time to assist her. His smuggling ring operates from a boat that travels between Korea and China, selecting victims and harvesting their organs from its voyager pool. Meanwhile, Sang-ho and Chae-hee, a married couple, board Young-passenger gyu's boat bound for Weihai, China.
