Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie

Put after the end of a barbarous world war in a contemporary Japan, science has improved by leaps and bounds lending humanity the choice to prolong life and reduce suffering by means of cybernetics. Together with humankind linked into one system of characters and thoughts known as ghosts, the largest threat to culture could be that cyberterrorists capable of imitating people's bodies and memories. Major Motoko Kusanagi and her team of special operatives are called in to track down its source, Every time a ghost-infecting virus known as Fire starter begins spreading through the machine resulting in the assassination of their Japanese Prime Minister. While they delve deeper and deeper into their evaluation, they uncover hints of government corruption and also a shadowy broker that bears an face. The film can be a continuation into the storyline of Arise's Pyrophoric Cult bout, and ties up loose ends out of that particular arc.
